Payment Terms All invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise noted in writing on the invoice.
Late Payment Any balance not paid by the due date will be considered overdue. Overdue balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Disputed Charges Customers must notify us in writing of any disputed charge within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance of the invoice as issued.
Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior approval. Items must be returned in new condition. A restocking fee may apply to any returned item not in new condition. Custom or special-order products are not returnable.
Shipping & Delivery Unless otherwise noted, all shipments are made FOB Origin, and title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty Products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective goods at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), apply.
Collections In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement These terms and the face of the invoice represent the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
